As a vanguard of the industry, new process development section is research department which develops metallizing process.
Research and development is active due to metallizing is applicable to new materials except water and air. It is not commencing the research and development after the demand generated, always focused on research for 2 to 3 steps further expected high technologies. As basic position of Kakihara, we always possess our technologies to meet customer's demand. New process development section take a role to proceed the cooperative research with various manufacturer for selection of chemical, mixture, evaluation, improvement of process to create new added value.

Market cultivation section investigate for expectation of possibility against metallizing and propose the product and technology to the customers. One of newly created product field is emblem. Manufacturing request for store symbol and logo of clothing brand show no sign of significant decline due to high grade sense with fine figure of molded resin can be fulfilled by decorative plating which are infeasible by metal.

Production management department expand information to each process and instruct through delivery after receiving order from customer. By introduction of the latest EPR, answer for delivery time and process control is smooth. Moreover, systematic and quick delivery are realizing due to production with just in time system.

In the quality control department, quality management for the product and parts has been conducted by own set strict self standard and the latest inspection equipment. To determine the root cause in case of occurrence of a problem and reflect the solution to product process. At the same time of organizing an infallible management system aiming for manufacturing activity to obtain 100% satisfaction and only providing in the prim condition of the products.
Drainage management
To conduct proper treatment with daily self inspection.
Drainage water generated at factory for the purpose of plating are divided into chromium drainage, alloy plating drainage and acid alkaline and preliminary treatment is implemented. Water analysis for examination of concentration of heavy metal ion during the drainage are independently conducted by using analytical instrument such atomic absorption spectrophotometer and ensure to meet standards by proper treatment.
