Wish to be the organization that feel pride and pleasure as environment corresponded company
Kakihara industries adopts the wet process for plating process and tackled to reduction for environmental load ahead of industry. High grade of drainage facility was prepared and not only putting an effort to reduce the excrement, we selected low environment load substance for the procedure. Hexavalent chromium-free for all process has been realized and we are moving forward to be an appropriate company in 21st century.
As we raised <Aiming to be strong and good company with high business ethic that employees feels pleasure and pride> into our management conviction, we intend to put fill effort to tackle to environmental conservation as a leading company of the industry. Introduction of technology which manage expansion of both environment and society and wish to be environment corresponded corporation that keep challenging to the development for new technology. Kakihara industries constructed policy management system which integrated ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and set the management policy including quality policy and environment policy for operation.

Deepening of the environment corresponded plating technology
Resin plating line was introduced for direct plating line and copper-free resin plating line which accompany chemical nickel plating treatment without environment load ahead of industry in Japan.
Metal plating line also, adopted hexavalent chromium free process to all lines. Also, as a big step, hexavalent chromium-free for all process for resin plating line has been realized.
Clean drainage
Drainage occurred during the plating treatment are sorted to proceeded primary treatment in the firm and then, transferred to [cooperative FUKUYAMA Metal center]. Sludge produced during the treatment process are appropriately disposed as managed industrial waste. Self inspection for heavy metal ion concentrate in the drainage is conducted once a day by using analysis equipment such atomic absorption spectrophotometer and ensure to clear the standard and appropriately treat.

Based on policy management system which integrated ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, [constantly challenge to newness] and improving the appropriateness, validity, effectiveness of the system. At subsidiary in Thailand, international standard of quality management for automobile industries was granted and strengthening the system to improve the quality as well as head office in Japan.

Various line are operated and securing the safety for employees who handles chemicals in/out factory is one of the most important activity to tackle. Also, clarify the emergency contact route including contact number of responsible person in each department in case of emergency and create the cards to make portable.
